Start with the care label
Check the furniture manufacturer’s care instructions before applying anything. A cleaning method suitable for one fabric may damage another.
Show the whole item and the affected area
Send a full photo, a close-up and a care-label photo. Tell us what happened, approximately when it happened, and what products have already been used.
Set realistic expectations
A stain on the surface and contamination inside the cushion are different problems. Some marks, colour changes and deep odours may remain. We discuss these limitations before agreeing on the work.
Ask for an assessment
Include your neighbourhood, item size and access details. Avoid including people or personal documents in your photos.
