The starting prices above are in CAD. Your quote depends on the number and size of items, fabric, condition, access and location. Ask us to confirm the complete price, including any applicable tax, before booking.
Can every stain or odour be removed?
Not always. Old stains, colour loss and contamination inside foam can remain after cleaning. Send close-up photos and tell us about previous treatments so we can discuss realistic expectations.
How long will my furniture take to dry?
Drying depends on the material, how much moisture it holds, room temperature and airflow. We discuss drying guidance for your furniture at the visit. Allow it to dry fully before use.
What if I have children, pets or sensitivities?
Tell us about sensitivities before booking and ask about the products planned for your furniture. Keep children and pets away from the work area and follow the product-specific drying and re-entry guidance.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Ask us about the next available time. Same-day appointments depend on the route and workload; a quote request does not reserve a slot.
Do you clean leather and delicate fabrics?
Send a photo of the care label and material. Leather, silk, antique textiles and other delicate surfaces need separate assessment; a standard extraction method is not suitable for every item.
How should I prepare for the visit?
Clear small belongings from the furniture and provide a safe route to the work area. Tell us about stairs, parking, elevators, access restrictions and any help needed to move heavy items before booking.
